This website is operated by Grenzenlos Foundation. You may use it for lawful purposes only and must not misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorised way. Our full legal details are in the Impressum.

Registrations are made by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over through a verified parent portal account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for yourself and any child you register.

Programmes are intended for children and teenagers within the published age range for each camp or programme. By registering a child you confirm that they meet the stated age requirements and that you have authority to register them.

Submitting a registration creates a booking request — it does not by itself guarantee a place. Places are subject to availability and capacity. After you register, your registration is marked as awaiting payment, or placed on a waitlist if the programme is full.

A place is confirmed once the programme fee has been paid in full and the registration is accepted. We will confirm your registration by email. If we cannot offer a place, we will not take payment, or we will refund any amount paid.

Programme fees are shown on each camp or programme before you pay, in euros (EUR). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your card details. Fees must be paid in full to confirm a place unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before completing a payment.

We may need to amend schedules, venues, coaching staff, or activities, and may cancel or postpone a programme where necessary (for example for safety or insufficient enrolment). Where we cancel or materially change a programme, the refund policy above applies.

You must provide accurate medical, allergy, and emergency-contact information for each child and keep it up to date. By registering you authorise our staff to obtain or administer emergency medical care for your child where reasonably necessary and where you cannot be reached.

The safety and wellbeing of participants is our priority. Parents and participants are expected to follow reasonable instructions from our staff and behave respectfully. We may, with care and fairness, remove a participant from a programme for serious or repeated behaviour that endangers others, without this affecting your statutory rights.

We may ask for your consent to take and use photographs or video of programme activities. Any media consent is requested separately during registration, is optional, and can be withdrawn by contacting us.

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Grenzenlos Foundation or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

We provide our website and programmes with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee the website will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
