Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our football camp and academy programme registrations.

Scope
This policy applies to paid registrations for Grenzenlos Foundation football camps and academy programmes booked through this website. It does not apply to donations, which are covered by our Donation Policy.
Cancellation by a parent or guardian
You may request to cancel a registration by contacting us at info@grenzenlosfoundation.com. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law, that right applies in addition to this policy. Refund eligibility for other cancellations depends on how far in advance of the programme start date you cancel, as set out below.
Refund eligibility
- Cancellations made well in advance of the programme start date are eligible for a full refund of the programme fee.
- Cancellations closer to the start date may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on costs already committed for the place.
- Once a programme has started, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
The specific cut-off dates and any non-refundable amounts that apply to a programme are confirmed in writing during the registration and payment process before you pay. We do not retain non-refundable amounts unless they reflect genuine costs and are permitted under applicable law.
Cancellation or postponement by the organisation
If we cancel a programme, you are entitled to a full refund of the programme fee. If we postpone or reschedule a programme, you may transfer your registration to the new dates or request a full refund if the new dates do not work for you.
Medical cancellations
If a child is unable to attend for medical reasons, please contact us as early as possible. We will handle medical cancellations fairly and may request reasonable supporting documentation when considering a refund.
Missed attendance
Fees for sessions or days missed without a prior cancellation are generally not refundable. Please notify us in advance if your child cannot attend so we can support where possible.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider, Stripe. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated promptly; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
How to request a cancellation or refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at info@grenzenlosfoundation.com with the parent name, child name, programme, and registration reference. We will confirm receipt and the outcome of your request in writing.
