Support

Donation Policy

This policy explains how donations to support our youth football programmes are handled.

Last updated June 2026

Online donations are temporarily unavailable while we complete our payment and organisational verification. Please contact us for more information about supporting our youth programmes.

Use of donations

Donations support Grenzenlos Foundation's charitable activities: delivering in-person youth football camps, academy training, and social-integration programmes for children and teenagers. Unless a donation is given for a specific, agreed purpose, donations are unrestricted and may be used wherever the need is greatest to deliver these programmes.

No goods or financial return

Donations are voluntary gifts. No goods, services, investments, or financial returns are offered or provided in exchange for a donation. Programme participation always requires a separate registration and the applicable programme fee — donations are never a substitute for registration fees.

Refunds of donations

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at info@grenzenlosfoundation.com as soon as possible and we will review the request in good faith.

Tax receipts

We are not currently able to issue tax-deductible donation receipts. We will only state tax-receipt eligibility once it is formally documented and approved. Please do not rely on a donation being tax-deductible unless we have confirmed this to you in writing.

Payment provider

When online donations are available, they are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
